The New Castle Recreation Department welcomes you and your child to our wide selection of quality pre-school programs. All classes are held at the Community Center at 10 Senter Street, unless otherwise noted.

Important Eligibility Requirements: Age eligibility is firmly adhered to and is listed beneath each class title. Eligibility is based upon the age of the child on the first day of class. We are not permitted, for insurance reasons, to have siblings and/or guests attend any class unless he/she is registered for the class. The Recreation Staff is not permitted to change diapers.
